Can horses get injured?
print icon

Yes, horses become exhausted after racing and have a chance to injure themselves if raced before they are fully recovered. You can see a horse’s status by simply clicking on the horse itself and checking.

Horses that are over 3 years old also have a very small but random chance to injure themselves on the track even if fully recovered, this injury chance increases with age.

It should be noted horses have different injury “proneness” based on their genetics.
