All Order #’s are sent to your account's inbox on the site when depositing or withdrawing Derby or $CROWN. Once logged in, go to the My Stable tab > Inbox and locate the Order# from there. If you are including an Order# in a ticket, please copy and paste the Order# directly rather than screenshotting it.
Your Derby should be displayed in your Derby wallet as displayed at the top of the site once you are logged in. If you have withdrawn Derby and it hasn’t show up please make a Support Ticket , including the failed Order# from your inbox. You can find your inbox under the My Stable tab.
